Mark Robinson Acoustic Show is a very entertaining and affordable act which has played at many venues ranging from restaurants, bar and grills, bike nights, birthday parties, family reunions, weddings and receptions,  private parties and many nightclubs. The advantage of booking the acoustic show is being able to book a two, three or four hour shows depending on your needs which has become popular with weeknight venues.

Mark started playing music in the mid nineties. His venues included clubs, fairs, festivals, casinos, etc.  In 2000, Mark  met a friend of Waylon Jennings who sent Jerry bridges (Waylon Jennings road Manager and producer)  to  hear this house band at the Scottsburg Best Western and Jerry invited Mark to Nashville to write with him. After writing with Jerry, Mark had many opportunities to demo songs for the Nesmith family, George Strait, Kenny Rogers, and Jeff Carlson to name a few. Mark has written and recorded original songs that have been played on regional and national radio stations.  While in Nashville, Mark was fortunate enough to work and learn from some of the best producers and musicians in the business. Mark is best known for his vocal ability and his musicianship. His main instrument is the electric guitar but in addition, he can play the fiddle, banjo, mandolin, harmonica, bass guitar, steel guitar, drums and piano.

Here is just a few of the establishments that has featured Mark Robinson and his band over the years:  4th Street Live Saddle Ridge, Louisville Kentucky WAMZ concerts, Manny and Merle's Louisville Kentucky, Kingfish  Jeffersonville Indiana, Aztar Casino, Best Western house band in Scottsburg Indiana from 1998 to 2000, Wildhorse Saloon Nashville Tennessee, Bluebird Nashville Tennessee, Coyote's Louisville Kentucky, 8 Second Saloon  Indiana, Executive West, North America Farm and Machinery Show, Mid American Truck Show, Kentucky Derby, North America Livestock Show for four consecutive years. Budweiser Festivals,Stables in Indianapolis Indiana, and many local clubs and  American Legions.  Mark also went on the road with a show band which played the St. Louis, Louisville and Cincinnati area. In 2008 Mark open a music store and that is where he took some time off for his business. In 2015 Mark built a brand new recording studio and is in the process of recording some new original songs which will be released sometime later in the year.  He is looking forward to getting back to his true passion which is playIng live music.
